Bio

A native of Potomac, Maureen attended Our Lady of Mercy School and Stone Ridge School of the Sacred Heart. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, with a minor in Public Relations, from Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana. Before beginning her career in public relations, Maureen worked at Georgetown Prep Day Camps. She later worked on Capitol Hill in the Senate and for a small business association before taking time away from her career to raise her three children. Two of Maureen’s children attended St. Raphael Nursery School, where she enjoyed serving as a Lunch Bunch supervisor and substitute teacher. In 2016, she joined St. Raphael School as a second grade assistant. Maureen's daughter, Lauren, graduated SRS Class of 2020 and her son, Declan, graduated SRS Class of 2024. Maureen and her husband, Larry, live in the Potomac Woods neighborhood.
